I was looking through what I have done for Secondary 1 and 2 and chanced upon my old Federal Science Adventure Practical Workbook 2B . Flipping through the pages, I reached page 22, which caught my attention. I was an experiment to show the magnetic effect on current that looks similar to the IP2 2006 EOY Physics Paper 3 (Practical). If you think this is similar enough… look again!
If you go 6 pages further down to page 28, you would see almost the exact same task that we were supposed to do for your physics practical for EOY this year.I will scan in the picture shortly to show the similarities.

The idea is indeed similar and I sum it up in this following sentence: “Resistance vary with length of wire”. However, it is worth noting that the concept was applied in different depths (our EOY was harder). Wonder if we would get this for A levels too… …
